I think you need to find if it is 'jamming', or is it the stepper motors playing up ?
First thing I would do is remove the stepper motors and turn everything by hand to try and see where the problem lies, you might then want to strip it down in a particular area anything you suspect has siezed or failed in some way. Upon reassembly you should check that everything is in line and square to each other, lubricate in accordance with manufacturer guidance. If it's still not right it's time to investigate the stepper motors, drivers and electrics.Last edited by EddyCurrent; 15-12-2014 at 08:42 PM.
