But if you want it easy I think you need some 2.5D or 3D CAM software, something that can import stl files and generate the gcode. e.g. Cut3DSpelling mistakes are not intentional, I only seem to see them some time after I've posted

Is it something like this you are wanting ?
Only took a minute to design and tool path up im not sure about vcarve pro as im using aspire 4 but i can send you the gcode or maybe stl if i can figure that bit out

I got around stuff like that( before I had CAM software) with a Macro B program but don't know if your machine has full Fanuc capability. If it does let me know and I'll try to help you out with a bit of If and Then code.

I would draw a circle the outside dia. and then cut it with a 'Z Profile' the shape of the bowl cross section using a ball nosed end mill.

You can't just run any old code on any machine, you'd have to say what cutter you want to use, what rpm your machine can run and what controller your machine has.
Speed and cutter must be specified in CAM to generate the moves, the right Post Processor for your machine controller must be selected to generate the correct "flavour" of G-Code for your machine.You think that's too expensive? You're not a Model Engineer are you? :D
