Engraving on a vase requires are very different machine to engraving on a flat surface.
Perhaps you might get a better response if you can post some photos of the items you currently engrave. Also note the dimensions and materials of the items you're showing.
Also mention what sort of quality/accuracy you expect from the machine.
What is your budget for the machine and tools etc?
Training wise, if you really want to pay someone to train you, you might need to visit a place like Eddy linked to. Remember, most folks on here are hobbyist/small business that simply will not have the time/inclination to train you. You might also want to do more research on the internet, it's an amazing place for learning anything new.
