I am looking for someone that can efficiently turn a lot of parts. I presume this job is best suited for an auto-fed lathe with parts catcher.
The parts are:
- spacer tube 252 off (It is just a spacer. This is an example, there will be 126 off two different but similar lengths)
- outer tube 252 off (Consider not performing the drill&tap operation)
- ortho lens holder 252 off

All parts above can be made in aluminium 6082, 6061 T6 or similar. The tubes are designed to be made from standard extruded stock as they do not require machining of the internal or external faces. No finishing required, just break sharp edges.
There are also the parts below that are commercially available but in my budget's opinion, grossly overpriced. I would appreciate a quote on these if you can make them at a lower cost.
