If you look on eBay there are many sellers who keep stock in Portsmouth, you can have a 2.2kw spindle and inverter within a few days for around £183 ish, I did. If you look at the specs you'll see the body diameter is 80mm so I guess you could use your existing spindle to make a couple of clamps that would fit the existing bolt holes, there's plenty of designs on here that people have made.
