Due to lack of time to build my own machine (which i had started), i had to get it made for me.
I approached Dean (JAZZCNC), to make a machine for my needs.
We kept in touch throughout the build, and the final results were delivered to me last friday.
I am absolutely delighted with the machine, and look forward to putting it through its paces.
It was great to meet Dean and his friend Heath, where we had a good laugh getting it up and running.
I will put up photos of the machine, and also what its getting up to.
Once again, huge thank you to you Dean and Heath.Last edited by alex wight; 12-05-2015 at 07:28 AM.

Well Alex must say your a sly bugger I didn't see you taking those pics and wasn't expecting this but hey least your praising not slagging. . .Lol
Thanks All for nice comments and those pics don't show just how heavy that bloody thing is.!!. . . Plenty of tea was required after humping that thing around. (Bacon butty's also went down nice as well thanks to Alex's lovely wife.!!) 6mm wall steel don't walk around the floor and now I think Alex fully realises why he went to the trouble of removing wooden floor and laying concrete slab.!!.
Looks like didn't take you long to get back into using a CNC machine Alex and look forward to seeing what comes off the end. Wish you well with your business and machine performs to expectations giving you that new dimension CNC allows.
Here's few pics I took that show it with control box on wall and with all it's covers on.

Thank you very much guys, if you ever get the chance, and he is able to, get Dean to make your machine.
As i said before i would never have had the time nor the expertise to put, what i have in place now, together my self.
The machine weighs a ton, took 3 of us to lift one side lol, don't think heath was really trying tho lol.
Bacon buttes were made by yours truly as was 19 of the 20 cups of tea lol.
Saturday and sunday, my head was bursting, trying to put into practice what i had been studying in preparation for the machines arrival. But i have to say, that yesterday and today has been a pleasure.
Ive made the a few things, out of mdc, just to get used to the machine.
I,m glad to say that I'm on cloud 9, and after putting some of my work on my Facebook account, orders have started to fire in.
This is going to be the best working decision that i have ever made in my life.
Once again all made possible by the expertise of Dean.
watch this space.
