Thanks Clive, I sure hope so.
The BOB is out of the machine currently, since working in the box is a near impossibility. The BOB is not a standard commercial BOB, and has been isolation milled. I have noticed a number of tracks which were lifting, and have repaired them as best as I can, however I honestly suspect that what I am needing is a new BOB, and was kinda hoping for some advice on a make and model of a decent one.
Attached, please see the picture of the BOB, I have marked on the photo, what the connectors are.

This week i again browsed main different boards and compared what they do for the $$, basically nothing has changed much:
-if you want to stick with LPT - PMDX126 or couple it with ESS/ ethernet smooth stepper/ for even better Ethernet connection and smoothness
-CSMIO/IP-M given that its ethernet and is EU made so no customs
Other options are to sell the drives and buy all in one with DSP drives like Leadshine mx4660 or Mx3660
Or dive in Lunux and buy some Mesa cards

Hi Clive, the power supply is a 36v power supply. This certainly seems like a promising solution, willl this work well with mach3?
