Hi all. I recently ran a small part on my converted champion 20v mill.and upon finishing the part I notice that on one of the arc moves it has left a sharp edge rather than being a smooth arc.I would like some advice on why this has happened.Ive never seen this happen on any other of the parts run

If your other dimensions are to within the tolerance of your machine, check the original vector you used for irregular transitions. It does not seem to be a backlash compensation issue because the other corners do not indicate it.

Should not be to hard to figure out.
How did you generate the GCode? By hand? If so then you may have made a typo in the radius G2/G3. If you used a CAD program it may be that the original trace is incorrect. Check them first

thank you for the reply i generated the program via Cam,Ive just had a look and the arc in the cam is fine so will have another test run to see if it happens again.I am currently having a lot of issues with accuracy and loosing 0.2 in X axis when its not in rapid movements.
