    My plan is to make this fixed gantry router from 80x80 steel box all welded, it, it will be mainly used for aluninum wood and acrylics.
    a working table area of 500x500mm.
    the spindle will be a 2.2kw water cooled vfd
    hgr 20 rail with Hiwin carriages
    not sure on ballscrews sizes yet
    not sure on electrics yet
    please have a look and let me know what improvements i can make to the design
    it is no means to scale but as it progresses i will design it to scale.
