    Haha, love the 3D printer - wish it was that quick!

    Do the seals sit ok without the chamfer machined?

    They seem fine. I've moved the Z axis up and down and they sit nicely. Definitely adds some friction though so may need that second Z stepper. Also wish I had allowed them to float in individual housings to get them to sit perfectly aligned to their respective rail. But very pleased and a big thank you for printing them out the 'slow way'.
