    And how about motor shaft? I could cut out a bit depper in the bracket but it will start to loose its strenght, isnt it? At the moment i am using 10mm plate and motor is 5mm in it. Do i need to go deeper?

    The conventional way is like this Click image for larger version.  Name: Z_Motor_mount.JPG  Views: 1258  Size: 170.7 KB  ID: 18911so the the motor will stick through. The motor shafts are normally OK. 2-3mm is OK
