yes, they are both 350W which would limit the current that the total of 4 motors would be able to draw at any given time.
You could probably buy the same powersupplies that were in the kit locally too.https://emvioeng.com

That was my suspicion but I thought a better quality higher rated PSU might have sufficed as opposed to 2xcheaper units
