Hello everyone, I acquired a spinal-cord injury some 30 years ago which left me paralysed in all four limbs. I used to be a cabinetmaker before my accident but had to learn to work with my mind instead of my hands. To cut a long story short I just completed a Ph.D. in philosophy but realised that I'm not suited to academia. I can use a computer pretty well and I have access to lots of interesting timber from my brothers woodland in Horsham. I was wondering whether anyone could give me advice on a CNC router that won't cost me the Earth but would allow me to earn a crust making signs or something. I would ideally like to meet someone locally who could help me set up a small business and then leave me alone to design bits and bobs. If anyone is interested then please drop me a line. I am obviously willing to pay for advice and help.
