I get a message "Move off limits before cycle start". I then checked the I/O window in CSMIO config and no limit switches are tripped. I tried a few other things within mach with no luck. I then turned off all limits (except e-stop) and I get the same message. Did some searching/reading on forums and didnt come across anything.

Anyone have any thoughts on what this could be? I hope its something simple that I just havent turned on/off?

I plan to a write up on the progress, just this issue has me frustrated so thought I would ask.

Thanks
Are you certain they are wired correctly (you should manually trigger them and check that they match the input on the Mach 3 screen).

Also, do you have any soft limits enabled?
