Pulley kit to step up a stepper RPM

Hi there,

I'm about to build my second coil winder...it'll be loosely based on a couple of stepper driven by Mach3 & a plugin I've found 9which was only half done)

the thing is...stepper motors aren't famed for high RPM, so it seems that 4:1 gearing would be prefereable using pulleys (this person has used a pulley system in his system http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Yr2Dg...layer_embedded)

the thing is where can I source such pulley wheels & belts? (preferably with centre holes/bores that are stepper friendly....Argos don't sell em!
