If you can find one the Connect CNC desktop milling machines are compact and have the precision, I suspect that most ex-educational CNC mills will suffice.
Are you dead set on CNC or have you considered a pantograph? I still use My IM3 for some things as it's quick and easy to set up for text.
You think that's too expensive? You're not a Model Engineer are you? :D

i would prefer a cnc to be honest pal as i will need to cut through that plastic at some point

Have you considered the Seig KX1 from Arceurotrade?
I know they bill it as "Hobby" but if the envelope is large enough id might do.
Failing that you could hang an auxiliary high speed spindle off the head of just about any CNC mill, at which point the world is your oyster;-)
