Hi all, been shopping for a mig welder for the past few weeks, cannot decide still. I'd prefer gasless to avoid purchasing gas, We have local stores selling mig welders but either unknown brands or stuff like lincoln and much more expensive than US or UK.
what would you suggest for me to get to weld on average 4mm thickness? I'm able to order the Sealey from amazon UK and ship it to my country that's why its the top option at the moment

For 4mm I'd want something rated closer to 200A, the last thing you want is thermal cutout partway through a job.
I can't advise on brand as both mine are ESAB and not what you're looking for,
Regards,
NickYou think that's too expensive? You're not a Model Engineer are you? :D
