Hi,
I am new to CNC so I don't know how achievable what I am asking is. I want to create a drone body, its 6 parts that I want cutting from 1mm ridged sheet. the drone is about 160mm diagonal a picture picture of the complete model and dimensions from the sketch below from Fusion 360.
How practical is this to machine. I know there will be an issue with some bits like the tabs due to the inside radius of the tool, and with this size Carbon fiber i need ot think of the direction of weave, but can any one help out finishing the design and getting it cut?
thank you
