Help withController dip switch settings and Mach3 motor tuning

I have 3 m542 steppers, 33v power supply and the following three steppers for my x,y,z axis; Vexta steppesr:
X= PK 296-02AA (2 Phase 1.8° step, DC, 3A)
Y: PK268-03A (2 Phase 1.8° step, DC, 3A)
Z: PK268-03A (2 Phase 1.8° step, DC, 3A)

and a 5 axis breakout board like this one

What setting on the DIP switches should I be setting

Also what setting should I be setting in Mach3 in the motor tuning section.

The travel of the x axis is 80mm per revolution of the x stepper motor if this is required for setting calculations.
