Hi all.
Looking for alternatives to acetone to remove super glue.
Preferably something to also remove cutting fluid.
Ideally looking to just place parts into a tub and leave them for a while then pull them out nice and clean.

(My projects are typically small scale so this might not suit your application.)
I superglue my stock onto an aluminium plate which acts as a reusable mini-spoilboard, which I then clamp onto my machine table. Once cut, I drop the plate into an old large saucepan and boil for 8 minutes, or so. Superglue doesn't like heat - once cooled the parts come off the backing plate with barely a nudge - the residual superglue separates off the part (or backing plate) as a very thin, brittle piece of acrylic.
