Hey everyone!!
This is my first post on here so please excuse me if i do anything wrong. I build skis as a hobby and part of the process is pressing the ski between a top and bottom mould. The best way to make these moulds is CNC route them however as its a bit of a one off job i can't seem to find anyone that wants to deal with me. The mould parts are nearly 2m long so need quite a bit router. I have attached a couple of PDF's.
Ideally I would like 11 of each of the parts done from 18mm ply as the mould needs to be roughly 200mm wide. If you interlock them i think you should be able to do it out of 2 sheets of 8'x4'
If you need anymore details please let me know!!
Rob
