Hello: I tried changing cables, turning on/off, switching video cards ( I have 2 installed) and monitors without success. What do you suggest I do. Thank youhttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20190212/44abf80f429a290796b8dfcf1ae1f0f0.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20190212/a9ef971e8fe94aab6ec971299ac128ff.jpg

Let's start with the basics you've omitted.
When did you last have a display output from this PC?
What has changed since then?

Sir: I've not used the computer or monitor for over 2 years.

Since then, I have not added nor modified any of the components.

Replace the BIOS battery and see what happens, there is always the possibility of a board level failure.

I'll try that. Thank you so much. I'll let you know. A lot of work ahead to get to the boa rd.

I would try the monitor on another PC/source as well just to be sure that works.
Before you change the bios battery, try simply resetting/clearing the bios first as the battery maybe ok and is usually the case.
There should be a small pin jumper typically located in the same area as the battery, you sometimes need to remove this jumper or switch its configuration, I normally power the system on and off on both methods, if you look up the manual for the motherboard it should tell you how to do it for that board and the locations.

Since the computer is old, I removed the battery already and I'm getting the replacement. I'll try using the monitor on a second cnc I have. I'll keep the option of resetting on hold. Thank you

Gentlemen: I'm profoundly thankful. I followed your instructions and proceded to troubleshoot each component until I found that one of the two memory cards was apparently bad. Now I have video. Note: I removed all the cnc components I had attached to the case and built a separate box for them. Again, thank you!

Great stuff, really pleased you got it sorted and thanks for letting us know!
I think moving everything cnc related to a new box was a good idea, I was going to suggest this as space did look very limited in the PC case, though I have done this myself in the past and can understand why one would go down that route.
What's next Ekfer ?

Glad you asked what's next: I would like to use a wireless keyboard (Logitech K400 Plus) with my small cnc. The arrow keys allow me to move the Y & Z Axis. How can I move the X Axis. I have a Dell with Windows XP and Mach3. Can you help? Thank you
