Hello again,
I have my ATC manual Tool Change Push Button from my Spindle connected to my UCBB Inputs, none of the Input LED's are on until I press the Spindle Button, then the LED on the UCBB lights up (see image, of wiring and LED lit) it stays on until I release it, which I think is how it should work...? What I don't understand is how to get the Solenoid to activate, I have two relays wired in to my Outputs with Solenoids attached to them and I have these working with a Test Macro but how do the Inputs communicate with the Outputs, is there something I need to configure or is it a physical wire from the input to the Relay or something...?

Cheers,

Phil

hi phil just seen your message ,havent been on for a while ,,if you goto settings , i/o trigger , output trigger ,enter your input port and pin then in the set field select your output port and pin apply the settings ,,, the push button connected to the input should now trigger the output and activate the solenoid , check or uncheck the low box to suit

you can also use the input output triggers to disable the spindle pushbutton relay for safety so you cant eject the tool during cutting ,,,enter the port and pin numbers you have set for spindle cw and ccw and set the port and pin for the pushbutton so that it disables the relay when an m3 or m4 is run
