Just came across this and thought it may be of use to people looking at machining their own ballscrews, it shows the 'standard' threads and bearing dia's. -

No but I do have some 12mm ballsrews that I could measure for you...
Not tonight though as after too many pints the tolerances get wider...

although it appears that things have moved on the thread front in that the one I got from them had an m8 x 0.75 thread.
A finer than the m8x1.0 on the list which meant more expense buying a tap and die which I had to buy as the other ball screws did not have the ends machined.
