Kalle from Estonia and I am very interested in building a CNC. I am a hobby builder and try to find new solutions for the construction of the CNC. My first CNC was ready or operational, in June last year. It was made on the basis of buildyourcnc.com, but was made ​​of metal. Since I do not have the opportunity to use the welding process, the next machine is made ​​of plywood. I really like the design of plywood products. I thought, why can not a machine made of plywood. Buildyourcnc.com it is very well received and it is a very good design. But I wanted to test myself and start a new design.

Cutting speed 1000mm/m
Trapezoidal screws used 1604 for 2 y-axis and 1 x-axis,1203 for z-axis.
NEMA 23 425oz motor for each axis.
Bearings are a local bearing store,V-groove bearings will come later
Software Linuxcnc.
Currently, the testing phase, but works.Needs many upgrades.
