    The 3D Printed Parts are only 25% Solid, even so they are fairly tough and rigid - i'm sure you could print them much stronger than they already are (Increase the Wall Thickness and Infil % )....

    Thanks! I am only using 3D Printed Parts to dry assemble the machine. Once i am happy with how everything fits they will be replaced with aluminium :)

    Hi Ravi,

    You need to connect that Power Supply you have to 230v AC - Mains Voltage.

    Looking at the PSU you have the far right three terminals: Earth, Live, Neutral.

    Get a common Kettle...

    Just to follow up with the Phenolic Plywood, tested it by leaving some water on it for a few hours but it didnt seem to absorb much - if any. I suppose a layer of lacquer would totally seal it.
