It's not about maximum speed but percentages of the same.
If your 40v system is running at 1/2 speed on acceleration it probably used 20 volts.
If an 80 volt system is running at half speed it gets... -

Warco WM14 you can usually get away without having to machine the underside of the table.
Warco WM16 is borderline some clear, some don't.
Warco WM18 you always have to machine the table.

23's and 24's are compatible as regards hole sizes. It just the bodies that are bigger.
Just double checked with a digital vernier as I'm sat here 3D printing covers out for both.

Are the present moment only Kflop, and pokeys can thread inside Mach and for Pokeys it's mach4. Both are a work in progress, a long work IMHO.
Planet CNC can thread but it would be hard to do... -

Dave, once setup drop a couple of shallow keyways in the plate both vertically and horizontally so you can drop a piece of key steel in to act as back and / or side stops to get parts square

Mach 3 can only detect axis switches on limits. It doesn't know whick one, plus or minus, so disconnect the wiring from the top switch and daisy chain the two switches together and try that.
