    I believe it will, a fixed gantry has got to be more stable than a moving mass gantry, the only thing is you need more room for the moving table.
    I have a fixed gantry and no problem at all.

    How do you arrive at that thinking? most things have the skeleton inside for strength of the main structure and appearance there would be very little point of having steel outside of Epoxy granite...

    No bucket you have a small tank on the pump and the rad it's a sealed system, my 3kw spindle never gets warm.

    Go back to Amana Tools and get the profile DXF use that to select the profile of the cutter you want to use and it sets it up in the toolbase as a tapered tool enter the settings and save.

    You will not do much good with the type of bolt together frame that you are showing.
    You do NOT need higher speeds, but you do need a RIGID machine and plenty of water, rough out leaving 4 to 6 mm...
