	30-09-2010 #1out of perspex? here's how to go about joining it up after initial layout and cuts. 
 
 Use a router and v groove bit,use the router on the slowest setting to stopthe bit welding to the perspex.
 
 Quite neat way of doing it in my opinion....

	01-10-2010 #3I thought so too,with careful planning out on a piece of paper first to see where the V cuts need be,we can make a one unit cover for things...say like an L shaped housing or a box that covers the side and back of something? the trick is to cut the V slots in the perspex at nearly full depth of the perspex leaving about 1/2mm for keeping it together before tape&snappage.
