Are you sure about the spindle speed? These inverters are often set up with the wrong parameters for the motors so that they read roughly half the speed they should. One way to check is to look at the frequency display rather than the nominal spindle speed display. I can't remember the relevant parameter number off the top of my head although there are various posts that discuss this if you Google it. Mine does the same thing - just haven't bothered to change it yet!
That was it!!
PD144 was set to 1440 it should have been set to 3000
3000 = revolution for my 2.2kv 80mm spindle.

Now onto tackling the DC voltage problem thats causing the system to become un-responsive when spinning over 300hz
