Recently bought one of the Airlink trafo's. Join black/yellow together and red/orange will give you 50v AC or there about.

As all 5 motors won't be drawing maximum current at the same time, allowing for around 70% of the total quoted current draw should be plenty.

I'd be interested in hearing of a good way to do this too. My only idea was to drill through the one profile, screw through and use a normal T Nut on the other. A bit more awkward with the angled...

I've just bought HIWIN rails/blocks from a UK supplier.
HGW blocks - £32.58 each
480mm Rail - £40.61 each
So that works out to about £105.77 including VAT for pretty much the same thing.

From my experience a breakout board is simply a extension of the connecting port which makes it easier to connect the wires. I would have thought opto couplers would be a high priority though.
