A peen, aka pin punch on one corner of the flat blue bolt flat area will mostly lock it in place.
This can be done in an inside-supporting fixture, think fork, avoiding distorting the U shaped hold.... -

The better A. is that it depends.
By mass the alu is 3x less rigid - and importantly it likes to ring and vibrate.
But when you get the same mass in alu, it is thicker, and thickness scales pwr 3... -

There is also probably an additional error .. I would expect 95% or more likely to exist.

A tiny nema 23 stepper, on my machine, moves my bed mill, effortlessly.
The bed is 1600 mm wide, 60 mm thick on ribs, tool steel.
Mass is 200 kg, with upto 200 kg...
