Actually neal it's not that simple and I pretty much guarantee you that if your using timing belts then the steps per won't work out per the calcs.
This is one reason why mach's calibration is best... -

I'm using something like Mach3 version .028 and that works fine with the CSLabs macro for touch-off and M6start/end. When I tested the touch-off mechanism, I was getting +-1 microstep repeatability,...

Yes if using Cslabs macros. The problem is with Mach rather than Cslabs but the workaround is to use Modbus and talk directly to the controller rather than going thru Mach.

4nm motors can be bought from cnc4you.co.uk or zapp automation :) those motors have good specs compared to ebay versions.. the ebay motors usually have high inductance.

Just removed the sides.. the suggestion i read on this forum (Joe H[emoji106]) using a simple packing tape on the sides worked out great. Easy removal of siding and great... -

I had it wired blue and brown to mains 240v, grey and violet joined on the input side. On the output side orange and red to the rectifier, yellow and black joined. This was a dual 25v output core.
