I've finally gotten around to fitting the ball screws to my small simple test CNC mill conversion, the ball screws were bough here second hand but pretty much unused and were a "close but no cigar"...

Just to give a better idea of what I was cutting, and why I thought that CNC would be a better way than milling manually...

Sorry, mis-typed there. The gantry is using HGH20HA carriages and HGR20 rails.

Travel is 178mm and the other dimensions I will grab for you later when I get a chance.
