    haha I thought it was a new build also, I was planning on using 60mm y axis beams do you think they are not wide enough for epoxy?

    Yes 60mm is ok provided you epoxy the whole surface and put the rails down the centre.
    -use common sense, if you lack it, there is no software to help that.
