    My mistake .. pd001 is set to 1

    Sorry for the dumb questions ( complete newbie !)

    How do you know what pin it should be set to on mach3 ?

    The only dumb question is the one you didn't ask but wanted to so fire away.

    Without identifying the breakout or control board then I can't tell you the number, each board can use different pin numbers.
    -use common sense, if you lack it, there is no software to help that.
