    If your other dimensions are to within the tolerance of your machine, check the original vector you used for irregular transitions. It does not seem to be a backlash compensation issue because the other corners do not indicate it.

    Hi thank you for your reply.
    The machine machined all the other areas ok not within spec but the radius generated were ok.How can i check for irregular transitions,Im not 100% on these types of machines.
