Because it's a REGION.
Explode the REGION, and use PEDIT to Join the lines into a single polyline.
Always save as V12 .dxf, for best compatibility. -

I don't have that control board but I would have thought that you could use the V = IR equation to check. If the relay coil is more than 96 ohms then it shouldn't draw more than 250mA at... -
