    You could always set it up doing loads of knurling :)

    (I'd offer you one of my cut knurlers, but they are too big on the shank for the Baruffaldi tool turret slots )

    Incidentally, if it is simply a leakage matter (sometimes caused by a slightly wonky interference filter on the PSU input), adding an isolation transformer will often cure it.

    They not drive belt, they serve as protection to rails against chips/mist etc. Many of us use concertina folded covers.
