It's 130x130x36mm, two sided machining operation with an 8mm endmill to rough, 4mm ballnose to finish. Ideally I'd have used a long tapered ball nose but didn't have one to hand, so had some... -

One thing to think about is where the stress comes from - Its all about the cooling and contraction of the weld as it goes from hot hot hot to room temperature. This is effectively quite a short term...

Robertspark's UCCNC Macros, Screenset and MODBUS manual is also a very helpful reference. See attached. Not only does it highlight all the inbuilt macro functions, but also has tables at the end...

I would suspect that the "pin number" is referring to the microcontroller, or the simulated LTP port, so its not straight forward. Pin 1 goes to that relay, and by the looks of things pins 2 and 3 go...

About the stalling, have you tuned the motor current PIDs on the motor drivers? I have EM806 rather than AM882, but I think the process is essentially the same, connecting up the RJ11 port... -

Depends on the amount and size of your cables! I measured the diameter of each, approximated them as square boxes, and then calculated the internal area needed. Then you want to fill to about 60%.
