Paul, best thing to do is have a read through the build logs, this will give you a good idea what people are building machines for & give you some ideas about the best way to design your machine. It's hard to point people in the right direction for anything without knowing what the machine is wanted for, ie do you have a specific purpose in mind & what sort of materials do you want to be able to cut.

Thanks, The materials I would be using are Soft Woods, Some Hard Woods ,MDF Based Materials etc. I want to do Etchings on wood, ,3 Axis will do, I just want to put the best into the machine,so that there is high accuracy repeatability, Foot Print, for now, 600x400.The Plan of the machine, I would like to be constructed in a manner, that in the further, I could extend its work area? And use the existing main parts,Have you and Model of Machine in mind.
Yours Kindly Paul
