Off my head I think it is set to 35Khz (setting pre-set by BZT)
We have tried a 32 bit XP Laptop, 64 bit Win 7 Laptop and 64 bit Win 7 PC and same result with each

How can I adjust the voltage?
Lol
1. Return To Vendor is a possible solution
2. Ask for Money back
