Dual drive Gantry, how fast are your speeds?

And sell your drives. Have you had a response from the manufactures yet?

Yes, they posted replacement part which I installed, and which works better than the original part but still not 100%( I had the voltage down at 42 , I found a linear non regulated power supply that they recommend, and I will try that out. My recommended voltage is 53.5 for my motors, I'm pretty close to that now.

The G540 is limited to 200kHz so you should not run the UC400 at 400kHz, you are risking missing steps if you do that, even if it looks as it works, it may not work that well all the time.
