    Hi Brian

I was just having a look in to the W300 and was not able to find anything online apart from the makers Utube account which looks great. But I also noticed your comment:

I purchased one of these machines 2 years ago but now the controller has become faulty and I cannot contact the seller to buy a new one after trying several times with no response to any emails and the machine has just being sitting for the last 6 months as I can not operate it

I can see that you have had to cut a hole in the front of your control box and was wondering if you had, had any success in locating the maker of the W300's, or what your resolve has been for the situation.

I am a first time buyer and wouldn't like to get involved in something out of my depth.

    Many Thanks
    David
