Hi edddy
The board has a 5v point with 2 connection points mark with yellow dot in the picture I have established what I think is the 5V wire which was connected to the NCstudio board and marked 5v. Not sure which of the two points to connect this to on the HG08 board ? any help.

Well the ones with the yellow dot are the power input and according to the manual it should be 7 to 55 volts, so 5v is no good, I would suggest a 24v supply.
Here's the wiring diagram; http://cnc4you.co.uk/resources/CW504...%20Diagram.pdfLast edited by EddyCurrent; 04-02-2015 at 08:48 PM.
Spelling mistakes are not intentional, I only seem to see them some time after I've posted
