    Do you have a dmv?

    It would help to measure resistance with bus bars of and capacitor disconnected

    Then we might get a clue on where the coils are connected.

    Are you sure about the stiffness you describe above.

    As a rule of thump, steel is more rigid by a factor of 3 for a given shape at the same weight.

    Box section should be more rigid...

    My findings are Y and Z direction are much stiffer than the X direction.

    Because of a design decision to have the x ballscrews near the top of the bed there...

    So i finally solved my 0-10 volt to VFD problem.

    Some things in the manual are not completely like the vfd in real life.

    The terminal vr does not exist.

    The math is sound :-)

    I found that my box section 1850x120x80x4 mm was + 2 mm bend in the middle by welding heat.

    I had a +/- 1mm error in spirit level. over 1850 mm...

    It all add up. so 6mm...

    Look at the gap between the seal and ring.

    Well he said it had something to do with a bulk order from a client and complaints about resistance from double seals and getting things mixed up.

    Anyway i am glad i bought from him instead of...
