I believe it will, a fixed gantry has got to be more stable than a moving mass gantry, the only thing is you need more room for the moving table.
I have a fixed gantry and no problem at all.

How do you arrive at that thinking? most things have the skeleton inside for strength of the main structure and appearance there would be very little point of having steel outside of Epoxy granite...

Example to draw a ER32 collet holder: Draw out your largest circle say 32mm dia within draw smaller circle say 25mm dia, draw another circle say 17mm Dia, draw a vertical line 9mm...

Have you tried with a different vernier caliper or always the same one?

You will not do much good with the type of bolt together frame that you are showing.
You do NOT need higher speeds, but you do need a RIGID machine and plenty of water, rough out leaving 4 to 6 mm...

I have just been cutting Nylon 6 and found 1 or 2 flute upcut works best it throws the chips out great no need for airline just use vac to clean up.
